About

We listen, act, and transform

Erin believes that healing begins with a felt sense of safety within the therapeutic relationship. She feels her role as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor is to navigate alongside clients to help foster an empathetic, supportive, and nurturing environment while sorting through each unique individual’s life challenges and tragedies. Erin aims to address the whole body – thoughts, feelings, behaviors, somatic experiences, and spirituality for a more complete healing than many traditional therapies might provide. She understands the importance of a integrative approach, and therefore makes every effort to minister to one’s mind, soul, spirit, and body each time they enter her office. Erin provides Biblically based counseling that is firmly established within the sciences. She has a passion for helping clients develop their own internal resources to process trauma, transcend the prolonged fight-flight-freeze-fright-faint reaction of the autonomic nervous system, recognize and self-regulate emotions, and respond calmly and thoughtfully to their environment.
